Not all items can withstand hot or cold temperatures, which is why it’s important to control the temperature of your storage unit. If you can’t control your unit’s temperature, then your packages might be as good as dead!
Thankfully, we could control the temperature of our storage unit. This allowed us to secure all of our packages in one room without worry. The temperature can affect materials such as wood and plastic, so we balanced the storage room’s humidity level.
Limited Access
Only two people have access to our room: the keyholder (myself) and the storage company. This means if anyone were to steal the packages, one of us would be the only suspect. Fortunately, that would be necessary unless the company sued, right?
